Everything about the Pawnshop in five minutes.

What is Pawnshop

Pawnshop turns the creator fees of any pump.fun coin into a pawn ticket: a 1 of 1 NFT with its own vault. 95% of every creator fee lands in that vault. Whoever holds the ticket owns the fees. Selling the ticket sells the coin's income.

Sell your project

Selling a pump.fun project used to mean OTC in DMs and handing over a dev wallet. Here the coin's income lives in one NFT. Sell the pawn ticket and you've handed off the project: the buyer gets every creator fee from the next trade on, the vault and the locked fee split. The swap is atomic, so the ticket and the SOL change hands in one transaction or not at all.

What moves: creator fees, the vault, the handoff note. What doesn't: the token supply (it stays with holders) and your social account logins (put links and instructions in the handoff note, which the current holder signs with their wallet and which travels with the ticket).

The ticket

Each ticket is a Metaplex Core NFT in the Pawnshop Tickets collection. Its vault is the ticket's own signer address, so only the holder can withdraw, and the vault moves with the NFT. Traits: ticker, ticket number, tier, lifetime fees, status. The art is drawn live and levels up with lifetime fees: Brass under 1 SOL, Silver from 1, Gold from 10, Neon from 100. Ticket No. 0000 is $PAWN.

Walking in

  • Launch. Name, ticker, image, optional dev buy, one wallet popup. The coin goes live on pump.fun with the shop as creator, the shop sets the fee split to 95% ticket / 5% shop, and your ticket is printed to your wallet.
  • Wrap. Made a coin before, or run a CTO? Connect the creator or fee-sharing admin wallet and sign once. The split points 95% at a new ticket. Fees you already earned stay yours.

A launched ticket is locked from day one: only the shop key controls the split and it never changes it. A wrapped ticket counts as locked once its pump.fun fee-sharing admin is the shop or revoked.

The four doors

  • Keep it. Claim the vault whenever you like.
  • Sell it at the counter. Buyers leave standing offers. Their SOL stays in their own wallet as wrapped SOL, with the shop allowed to move exactly the offered amount. When you accept, the ticket and the SOL swap in one transaction. 2% fee.
  • List it in the window. Set a price. The shop becomes transfer delegate for this one ticket until it sells or you take it out. 2% fee. Tickets are standard Metaplex Core NFTs, so they also trade on Tensor and Magic Eden with a 1% royalty. The vault moves with the NFT on any marketplace.
  • Pawn it. Borrow up to 3 days of fees (never more than half of what the ticket earned in the last 7 days), 8% flat, 14 days. A keeper pulls the ticket's fees every 10 minutes and pays down the loan. Paid off, the ticket goes home. Unpaid at the end, it stays on Rocco's shelf. Opens when the drawer reaches 25 SOL.

Rocco buys tickets outright at 1 day of fees once the drawer reaches 10 SOL, then relists them in the window at 1.5x.

Rocco's rules

Memecoin fees fall fast, and whoever sells usually knows more than Rocco. So every price Rocco makes is careful on purpose:

  • Lowest rate wins. He prices on the lowest of: the last 24 hours, four times the last 6 hours, and what the keeper actually saw land in this ticket (last 24 hours and the 7-day daily average).
  • History first. The coin must be at least 3 days old and the ticket watched by the keeper for 3 days.
  • No spikes. If the last 24 hours earned more than 3 times the 7-day average, he waits.
  • Small bites. 1 day of fees to buy; loans up to 3 days and never over half of the last 7 days. At most 5% of the drawer on one ticket, 25% of the drawer out in total, 20% spent per day.
  • He sells back. What Rocco buys or keeps from an unpaid loan goes back in the window at 1.5x his cost. Gold and Neon tickets go on the auction block once auctions open.

Every ticket page shows the fee rate Rocco used and how many days of history he had.

Auctions

Any holder can put a ticket on the block for 6, 24 or 72 hours with a starting price. Bids work like counter offers: the SOL stays in the bidder's wallet as wrapped SOL with the shop allowed to move exactly the bid. Each bid must beat the last by 5%, and a bid in the last 5 minutes adds 5 minutes. When it ends, the keeper settles it in one transaction: the highest bid that still has its SOL wins, the ticket moves, the seller is paid. 2% fee. Once the drawer reaches 100 SOL, Rocco auctions his own Gold and Neon tickets too.

Split tickets

Sell part of your fees and keep the rest. On any coin launched here, the holder can split a ticket: pick a share, sign once, and a second ticket with its own vault is printed to you. The shop rewrites the coin's pump.fun fee split so each ticket gets exactly its share (pump.fun allows up to 10 per coin, each at least 5%). Fees earned before the split are paid out at the old split first.

Gift a ticket

Launch a coin for someone on X. You pay and sign; the ticket is held by the shop and fills with fees. When the X account opens the ticket page and logs in with X, they sign with the wallet of their choice and the ticket moves there with everything in its vault. The shop never spends a gift ticket's fees.

NFT collections

The same handoff for NFT projects. The update authority of a Metaplex Core collection signs once: the collection's royalty creators become 95% a new ticket vault and 5% the shop. Royalties from marketplace sales then land in the ticket. Sell the ticket and you've sold the collection's income. The update authority could change royalties again, so collection tickets show as not locked and Rocco doesn't buy or lend on them yet.

Pawn your bags

Borrow SOL against memecoins you hold. Rocco gets a real Jupiter sell quote for the whole bag and lends 25% of it, 5% flat, 7 days. The bag sits with the shop until you pay back. If it drops under 115% of what you owe, or time runs out, Rocco sells it, keeps what you owe and sends the rest back. Coins must be 3 days old with $50k of liquidity. Opens at 50 SOL in the drawer, with at most 2% of the drawer per bag and 10% in bags overall.

USDC pair

Launch a coin that trades against USDC instead of SOL. Its creator fees come in USDC, land in the ticket vault as USDC and are claimed as USDC. The shop's 5% is swapped to SOL for the drawer. Rocco only buys and lends on SOL-pair tickets for now.

Rocco's drawer

The shop started with zero. Its cash comes only from fees: the 5% cut on every ticket, $PAWN's own creator fees, and the 2% on trades. Doors unlock as it fills: Rocco buys at 10 SOL, pawn loans at 25, bigger caps and bag loans at 50, Rocco's auctions at 100. The drawer is the shop wallet and anyone can check it on chain.

Appraisals

Rocco estimates daily creator fees from the coin's last 24 hours of trading and its current pump.fun creator fee rate. He uses the lower of the 24h volume and four times the last 6 hours, so one pump can't inflate the price. For a walked-in ticket he also checks what the keeper actually measured (see Rocco's rules). A coin must be at least 3 days old with real trading, and its split must be locked, before Rocco pays cash.

Fees

  • Creator fee split on every ticket: 95% ticket, 5% shop.
  • Counter and window trades: 2%.
  • Auctions: 2%.
  • Pawn loans: 8% flat. Bag loans: 5% flat.
  • Marketplace royalty: 1%.

Shop income while the drawer is under 100 SOL: 60% drawer, 30% $PAWN buyback and burn, 10% treasury. After: 30% drawer, 50% burn, 20% treasury.

$PAWN

Supply 1,000,000,000. Public 80%, team 8% (locked on Streamflow, released over 6 months), marketing 7%, airdrop 5% for walk-ins. $PAWN is Ticket No. 0000 and the shop holds it, so its creator fees fill the drawer.

Plugged into

Coins launch on pump.fun and trade through PumpSwap and Jupiter. Tickets are Metaplex Core NFTs, so they list on Tensor and Magic Eden. Any Solana wallet works.

Coming next

  • Pons coins on Robinhood Chain and more launchpads.
  • Legacy (Token Metadata) NFT collections.
  • Rocco buying and lending on USDC-pair tickets.
